Sometimes,  when you copy text from MS Word (or an equivalent editor) straight into Wordpress, you can get some weird results when you view the saved post on your website, even if it looks OK when you’re editing it in Wordpress. This is often due to the “behind the scenes” formatting from the fancier editors, not being correctly interpreted in Wordpress.

Many of you will now have realised that the Wordpress editor, which is quite basic, doesn’t easily allow you to amend the SIZE or STYLE of your text.

Whenever I create a Wordpress site for clients, I always include an automated backup which gets emailed to the client each week. However, this is only one portion of your website – the content backup – i.e. the posts and pages that have been created on your website.
